Jag Nation: It’s Homecoming Week – Let’s Pack the Stands!

The West Florida Jaguars are back and ready to make a statement! After using the bye week to reset, refocus, and prepare, our players and coaches are dialed in for one of the most exciting weeks of the season: Homecoming Week vs. Gulf Breeze!

This week is about Jaguar Pride, grit, and bringing our entire community together to rally behind our team. Whether it’s freshmen, JV, or varsity under the lights, it’s time to show everyone what Jag Nation is all about.

Kickoff Week Schedule

• Monday Night Football: The action starts tonight at Gulf Breeze High School (100 Daniel St, Gulf Breeze, FL 32561). Freshmen will take the field for the first half followed by JV for the second half, kicking off at 6:00 PM. Let’s travel and show our Jags the love on the road!

• Friday Night Lights – Varsity Homecoming Game: Back on our home turf, the Varsity Jaguars will face off against Gulf Breeze at 7:00 PM. This isn’t just any game—it’s Homecoming, and we need every Jag fan in the stands bringing the noise! (150 E. Burgess Road, Pensacola, Fl 32503)

• Homecoming Parade: Before the game, the Homecoming Parade at 6:15 PM will roll through the stadium, celebrating school spirit and all the pride that makes West Florida High School so special.

• King and Queen Announced: During halftime, the Homecoming court will be brought out and the King and Queen will be crowned.

• Post Game Entertainment: After the game, stay to watch some amazing talent from both schools' bands. These bands have worked hard throughout the summer and the last two months preparing their show not only for half time but for upcoming Marching Contest. Between the two, these bands are competing each weekend in the month of October along the Gulf Coast at several Marching Contests.

The bye week wasn’t a break—it was an opportunity. Our players and coaches used the time to prepare, adjust, and fuel up for this crucial stretch. Expect a team that is sharper, hungrier, and ready to leave it all on the field.
