Join West Florida High School as we prepare to remember the Woodham Titans during the West Florida vs Ft. Walton Beach football game. This night will be to honor the legacy and contributions of the Titans within our community. This is a community event and WFHS invites alumni, fans, families, and community members to remember with us.

sponsoriships for signs are due August 1 to give time for printing. All other sponsorships are due by August 30.

4:45 Alumni invited to meet in front auditorium of the main campus for a campus tour.

5:15 Alumni Tent Open in the stadium for grilling & socializing. Refreshments & Other items provided by Olive Baptist Church and T. Kercher.

5:45 Woodham alumni (football players. coaches, students, and teachers) escorted to designated areas in the stands or on the track for pregame ceremonies.

6:00 Welcome & History of Woodham High School and West Florida High School.

6:10 Ceremonial coin toss with Picture

6:15 National Anthem and players run out.

7:00 kick off with Titan cheerleaders joining WF cheerleaders.

Who can attend this event? Do you have to be a sponsor?
This event is open to the community. It is a regular scheduled game for the West Florida HS Football team against Ft. Walton Beach High School. Players will wear the Titan jerseys in remembrance of Woodham High School. The community is welcome and especially Woodham alumni, West Florida alumni, and their fans.
How many jerseys and/or helmets can be sponsored by one person?
There is not a limit on how many packages a sponsor can get. There are 70 jerseys and 20 helmets available. Administration of the event is looking into the options of ordering more and if it will be possible for this season.
Orders are on a "first come, first serve" process.
Can you request a number to be put on a jersey?
The players of West Florida High School will be wearing the replica jerseys the night of the game, which have already been purchased. If you would like a specific number, there will be a location on the sponsorship form to take your request. We will try to accommodate request and will follow a "first come, first serve" process. The sponsorship form and the donation collection form are time stamped to ensure integrity of the process. If your first choice is taken already or is not one we have, we will move to the second choice and so on.
When is the deadline to sponsor?
All sponsorships for signs will need to be in with time to get the sign printed. Contact westfloridahsfootball@gmail.com if we are within two weeks of the event and would like a sign. Other sponsorships need to be submitted ASAP to ensure availability of items.
What are the donations used for?
All sponsorship donations will go to making Woodham Night happen and to the updates of the building's original football weight room (workout equipment, flooring, painting, shelving, etc.). Updates to the weight room will be for the safety and comfort all of the athletes at WFHS that use this weight room.
Do Sponsors get tickets to the game?
There is not a package for discounted tickets or parking.
I have an idea for Woodham night I would like to share.
All ideas are welcome but may not be feasible for this event. We want the event on September 6 to be successful and memorable for all. Woodham high was open for 42 years with many different traditions to be considered. Please email your ideas to westfloridahsfootball@gmail.com and administrators of the event will do their best to make this event and future events great with the information received.
