Complete the Athletic Clearance Set Up:
 

• Go to https://athleticclearance.com 

  • click on Florida ​

  • Create an account or log in with previous year's account information​​

    • Use the student's personal email and make sure to keep track of the email and password used ​

• Click the button that says "Add New Clearance"​

  • Select the year

  • Select the correct school: West Florida High School of Advanced Technology (make sure you select correctly)

  • Continue filling in all information for each section in the Clearance Set Up

  • Once a student has the physical, take a picture of the last two pages completely filled out and upload the photos in the files section​. 

  • Students will complete the 3 required videos as a team and will be cleared by administration

    • If you are not present during the team viewing of the videos, players will need to upload a picture of the certificate of completion for the videos before submitting the form.

    • Please send a copy to the Director of Operations at westfloridahsfootball@gmail.com.

FHSAA Physical Form (EL2):
 

It is recommended that all players complete the Andrews Institute Physical that is given for free in June (Date TBA). If you do not participate in the Andrews Physical Day, it is recommended to get the physical completed starting the last week of May to ensure the player is eligible for practices and games for the fall and through to the spring. 
 

• Download and Print from the FHSAA Website the EL2 Physical Form

• Fill out the portions of the form about the player 

• Have a physician complete the physical 

• Make sure all the parental/guardian and player lines are signed 

• Take pictures of the last two pages of the form

• Upload the physical into the files section on the players account on https://athleticclearance.com
   

3 Required NFHS Videos:
 

Students will complete the 3 required videos as a team and will be cleared by administration base on the roster of attendance. If you are not present during the team viewing of the videos, it will be the student's responsibility to complete the videos and turn in the completed certificate:
 

• Go to NFHSlearn.org

• Search for the following three videos:

  • Heat Illness​

  • Sudden Cardiac

  • Concussion

• If completing on your own, upload the certificate to the players account on https://athleticclearance.com​
